These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bd bazee governing your use of the platform. Please read every section carefully before registering an account or placing any bet. By accessing or using bd bazee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Definitions
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply in both singular and plural form unless the context requires otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the bd bazee Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied and will remain satisfied throughout the duration of your use of the Platform.
Minimum Age: 18 Years
You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. bd bazee operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent this requirement is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Jurisdiction Eligibility
You must be located in a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law at the time you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. bd bazee accepts no liability for your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where it may be restricted or prohibited.
Single Account Policy
Each individual Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Creating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or under a different name — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances and Bonus Funds.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration and during any subsequent KYC verification process. bd bazee reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — to verify your identity at any point during your relationship with the Platform.
No Fraudulent Intent
You must not use the Platform for any fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal purpose. bd bazee employs automated and manual fraud detection systems and will report any suspected financial crime to the relevant authorities. Accounts associated with suspicious activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
Personal Use Only
Your Account may be used only for your own personal entertainment and betting activity. You may not bet on behalf of a third party, act as an agent for other players, or allow another person to use your Account credentials. Account sharing — including with family members residing in the same household — is prohibited.
Account Registration & Security
Registration on the bd bazee Platform is free of charge. To create an Account, you must complete the registration form with accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. bd bazee will use these details to administer your Account, communicate important platform updates, and conduct identity verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. bd bazee will never ask you to share your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you receive a message purporting to be from bd bazee requesting your password, you must treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to [email protected] immediately.
- Password security: Your password must meet the Platform's minimum complexity requirements. We strongly recommend using a unique password that is not shared with any other service. Passwords should be changed regularly and immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
- OTP delivery: bd bazee uses SMS-delivered one-time passcodes as an additional layer of account security. You must ensure your registered mobile number remains active and in your possession. If your number changes, you must update it in your Account settings immediately to maintain access.
- Unauthorised access: You must notify bd bazee support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised. bd bazee will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon notification but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.
- Account responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. bd bazee is entitled to treat all actions taken through your Account as authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach.
- Dormant accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as dormant. bd bazee will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Any remaining balance in a dormant Account will be handled in accordance with our dormant account procedure, details of which are available from the support team.
Deposits & Withdrawals
bd bazee supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods designed to make depositing and withdrawing funds as fast and convenient as possible for players throughout Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits specified within the cashier section of the Platform, which may be updated from time to time at bd bazee's sole discretion.
- Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment network. bd bazee does not manually process deposits; credits appear automatically once the mobile money or bank transfer instruction is confirmed. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes of payment confirmation on your mobile money app, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering best practices. A minimum of one successful deposit must be made before a withdrawal can be requested.
- Withdrawal processing times vary by method: mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 1–4 hours of request approval during standard operating hours (08:00–24:00 BST). - Currency: All transactions are conducted in BDT. bd bazee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player when funding their Account from a foreign-currency source are the sole responsibility of the Player.
- Transaction records: A full transaction history is available within your Account under the cashier section. Players are encouraged to review their transaction history regularly and to report any discrepancy to [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed through the bd bazee sports betting section and all real-money gameplay conducted in the casino, live casino, and slots sections of the Platform are subject to the following general rules. Section-specific rules — for example, rules applicable specifically to cricket betting, live casino games, or crash games — are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
- Bet placement: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message or notification from the Platform. In the event of a technical error during bet placement — including a disconnection, platform timeout, or payment failure — the bet will be treated as void unless a valid confirmation has been issued.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each betting market and each casino game carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the relevant interface before the bet is confirmed. bd bazee reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
- Odds accuracy: bd bazee makes every effort to display accurate odds at all times. In the event that a manifest error in odds is identified — for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical feed error — bd bazee reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
- In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted in real time during live events. In-play odds fluctuate rapidly and the Platform may temporarily suspend a market during high-volatility moments such as wickets, goals, or interruptions. Bets accepted before market suspension are valid; bets placed after suspension are void.
- Event cancellations and postponements: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the completion of the minimum period required for bets to stand (as specified in the relevant sport's rules), all outstanding bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Wallet.
- Casino game outcomes: All casino games and slot titles available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by the relevant game studio. bd bazee does not control individual game outcomes and is not able to influence the results of any casino game.
- Winnings settlement: Winnings are credited to your Wallet automatically upon settlement of the relevant bet or completion of the relevant game round. For sports betting, settlement occurs once the official result of the event is confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL Board, FIFA).
- Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute concerning bet settlement, the Player must contact [email protected] within 7 days of the relevant settlement date. bd bazee's trading team will review the dispute and issue a final determination within 5 business days. bd bazee's decision on all disputes is final and binding.
Bonuses & Promotions
bd bazee offers a rolling calendar of promotions, bonuses, and incentive programmes for registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence in respect of that promotion only.
- Wagering requirements: Most Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms (e.g., "30x wagering requirement" means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before withdrawal is available). Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms, after which unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from your Wallet.
- Bonus eligibility: Each promotion specifies its eligibility criteria, which may include requirements relating to minimum deposit amount, qualifying payment method, minimum odds, specific game contributions toward wagering, or Account verification status. Players who do not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of claiming a promotion will have the Bonus Funds removed from their Wallet.
- One bonus per Player per promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, and per device/IP address. bd bazee reserves the right to revoke Bonus Funds if it determines that a Player has attempted to claim a single promotion multiple times using different Accounts or devices.
- Withdrawal restrictions during active bonus: Where a Player has an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, withdrawal of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount, depending on the promotion terms) may be restricted until the wagering requirement is fully met. Players may forfeit the bonus at any time, after which the applicable withdrawal restrictions will be lifted.
- Game contributions: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games such as baccarat and roulette contribute a lower percentage (as specified in each promotion's terms). Certain games may be excluded from wagering contributions entirely. Players are encouraged to review game contribution rates before choosing which games to use to meet a wagering requirement.
- Promotional abuse: bd bazee reserves the right to withhold or revoke Bonus Funds and to close Accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player is engaging in promotional abuse — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or coordinated bonus exploitation with other players.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the bd bazee Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and Bonus Funds, and may result in referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. bd bazee reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct falls within the scope of this Article.
- Match fixing and corruption: Using information derived from match-fixing arrangements, inside information obtained through corrupt means, or any other form of sports corruption to gain an unfair betting advantage is strictly forbidden. Any suspicion of such activity will be reported to the relevant sporting integrity body (e.g., the ICC Anti-Corruption Unit, BPL Board).
- Automated betting and bots: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tool to place bets, access the Platform, harvest odds data, or interact with the Platform in any way that is not the direct result of human action is strictly prohibited. bd bazee employs bot-detection technology and will immediately suspend Accounts found to be using such tools.
- Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematic use of the Platform in combination with other betting platforms to guarantee profits through arbitrage (exploiting odds discrepancies) or matched betting strategies designed to eliminate risk is prohibited where such activity is conducted at a scale that constitutes commercial exploitation of the Platform rather than genuine personal entertainment betting.
- Hacking and technical exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's backend systems, exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain, reverse engineering any part of the Platform, or interfering with the Platform's normal operation in any way is a serious criminal offence and will be prosecuted accordingly.
- Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials (including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket accounts belonging to third parties) to deposit funds into your Account constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure and referral to law enforcement.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games, exploit progressive jackpot mechanics, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage through coordinated play is prohibited. This includes chip dumping in poker-format games.
- Abusive conduct toward support staff: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward bd bazee customer support agents or any other member of the platform's team is unacceptable and will result in Account suspension.
Account Suspension & Closure
bd bazee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines — in its sole and reasonable judgment — that grounds for such action exist. Equally, Players may close their Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected].
- Grounds for suspension or closure by bd bazee: Account suspension or closure may be initiated where a Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; where fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is suspected; where a Player is found to be under 18 years of age; where a Player is located in a Restricted Territory; where a Player has provided false personal information; where the Account is involved in a payment dispute or chargeback; or where bd bazee is required to act by a court order, regulatory direction, or applicable law.
- Consequences of closure for breach: Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bd bazee reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all Bonus Funds, and, where fraud is established, to withhold the Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. In cases where a Player's own funds (not Bonus Funds) are determined to be legitimately earned, bd bazee will make reasonable efforts to return those funds via the original payment method.
- Voluntary closure by Player: Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily for any reason — including for responsible gaming reasons such as self-exclusion — may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding any Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned via the original deposit method following standard KYC procedures.
- Self-exclusion as a closure mechanism: Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should specify the desired exclusion period (minimum 6 months; maximum permanent) when contacting support. Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool and is treated differently from standard Account closure — self-excluded Accounts cannot be reopened before the exclusion period ends regardless of the Player's request.
- Appeals: Players who believe their Account has been suspended or closed in error may submit a formal written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notification of the closure. Appeals will be reviewed by bd bazee's compliance team within 10 business days. bd bazee's decision on any appeal is final.
Additional Provisions
The following additional provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions and are binding on all Players.
- Governing law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Article 5 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
- Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd bazee's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Amendments to Terms: bd bazee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed sev ered from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Entire agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bd bazee with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
- Force Majeure: bd bazee shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure event. In such circumstances, bd bazee will use reasonable efforts to restore normal Platform operation as quickly as possible and will communicate with affected Players via the registered email address on file.
- Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version that may be provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail.
